Nektium’s new Vanizem™ botanical extract, derived from the West African spice Aframomum melegueta, can significantly improve mood, reduce stress levels, and enhance sleep quality within just three days, as revealed by a recent pilot study. This placebo-controlled crossover study involved 30 healthy adults aged 40-50, who experienced day-to-day stress. Participants consuming at least 100mg of Vanizem™ saw significant reductions in anxiety and improvements in mood and sleep quality.
