Nektium certified as a B Corp™! A new standard in sustainability

We are thrilled to announce that Nektium has officially secured B Corp™ status. This achievement follows a comprehensive assessment of our social and environmental performance, legal accountability, and public transparency.
As a company proud of a portfolio featuring trusted ingredients like Rhodiolife®, Xanthigen®, Zynamite®, and Vanizem®, we are honored to be one of the first in the botanical sector to earn this certification under the rigorous B Lab standards “V1.6” .
This framework requires companies to demonstrate high performance across five key impact areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers.
Because we operate in the health sector, we were also obliged to meet specific requirements to ensure our mission is fully aligned with public welfare.

In recent years, we have been working hard on a triple impact path focused on environmental, social, and economic sustainability. This journey has driven various investments in eco-friendly technologies, as well as in our people, our partners, and our research capabilities.
This B Corp™ certification builds upon a solid foundation of milestones we have achieved recently, including:
ISO 14001 certification for our Environmental Management System.
CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) certification for our entire Rhodiolife® Rhodiola rosea inventory.
A first BioTrade permit in accordance with the Nagoya Protocol for sustainable and ethical sourcing that promotes fair and equitable sharing of benefits.
EU organic certification (Regulation 848/20018) for ingredients including devil’s claw, elderberry, ginger, orange, lemon, mandarin, and grapefruit.
An ongoing Rhodiola rosea cultivation project that meets criteria for certification under the USDA National Organic Program.
Furthermore, we have implemented an Impact Business Model focused on ethical sourcing and the scientific transformation of botanical resources into high-efficacy health solutions.
All of our bioactive compounds are produced according to our ‘quality by design’ approach. This prioritizes raw material traceability, compliance and safety, and the preservation of biodiversity through sustainable extraction technologies.
