Responsibilities

The responsibility for quality resides at all levels of the organization:

  • Top Management is responsible for establishing, communicating, and reviewing the quality policy, ensuring resource availability, and leading the quality management system.

  • Middle Management is responsible for implementing the quality policy in their respective areas, ensuring that processes are carried out as defined, and promoting team participation.

  • All Employees are responsible for understanding and applying the principles of this policy in their daily work, contributing to continuous improvement, and reporting any deviation or opportunity for improvement.

 

Communication and Awareness

This Quality Policy will be communicated to all Nektium Pharma employees and will be available to all relevant interested parties. Training and awareness programs will be conducted to ensure it is understood and applied at all levels of the organization.

 

Review and Update

This Quality Policy will be reviewed annually by Top Management, or earlier if circumstances require it, to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness. Any modification will be communicated in a timely manner.
