The humble lemon is so much more than meets the eye. This citrus fruit and, more specifically, the fibrous peel brings with it prebiotic qualities to help boost the growth and activity of beneficial bacteria in the gut. Prebiotics or insoluble fibre also help prevent or relieve conditions like constipation.
Based on a long standing relationship with our supplier, we carefully source our organic lemons from the Mediterranean coast of Spain where the largest citrus fields of Europe are located, before processing the lemon peel in our specialised facilities and presenting it as a fibre powder.
